Three-sentence meditations.
Here’s a 25-card meditation deck, followed by 25 additional meditations. Each card contains a three-sentence meditation. Emotionally grounded and visually evocative, each stands alone. They offer a micro-meditation experience in just a few lines.

Card 1: Grounding Stillness Sit down and let your body settle. Feel the weight of your feet pressing into the floor. Let your breath move without needing to control it.
Card 2: Breath Awareness Close your eyes and notice your breath. Let it move in and out like a quiet rhythm. Stay with it for three full cycles.
Card 3: Physical Presence Feel your spine from tailbone to crown. Let it lengthen gently without effort. Notice how your body holds itself when you’re not trying.
Card 4: Sound and Silence Listen for the softest sound around you. Let it pass through you without reaction. Then notice the silence underneath it.
Card 5: Visual Reset Look at something neutral. A wall, a leaf, a shadow. Let your eyes rest there without judgment. Notice how your body responds to stillness.
Card 6: Micro-Release Drop your shoulders one inch. Let your jaw go slack. Feel the difference between holding and softening.
Card 7: Temperature Awareness Notice the temperature of the air on your skin. Don’t name it, just feel it. Let it be part of your breath.
Card 8: Emotional Check-In Ask yourself what you’re feeling. Don’t fix it, just name it quietly. Let the feeling sit beside you.
Card 9: Gentle Confrontation Think of one thing you avoid. Say it in your mind without flinching. Let it go for now.
Card 10: Memory Surfacing Let one memory rise without chasing it. Notice how your body reacts. Breathe through that reaction slowly.
Card 11: Body Scan Start at your toes and move upward. Notice tension, warmth, or numbness. Pause wherever something feels tight.
Card 12: Space Awareness Feel the space around your body. Let it be part of your awareness. You’re not boxed in. You’re surrounded by air.

Card 13: Thought Observation Watch one thought come and go. Don’t follow it, just notice its shape. Let it pass like a cloud.
Card 14: Inner Listening Let one part of you speak. Don’t interrupt or explain. Just listen for a few seconds.
Card 15: Truth Recognition Ask yourself what feels true right now. It doesn’t have to be big. Let that truth settle into your breath.
Card 16: Discomfort Tolerance Feel the edge of something uncomfortable. Stay with it for one breath longer. Let it soften naturally.
Card 17: Quiet Permission Give yourself permission to be quiet. No need to explain or justify. Just sit in the silence.
Card 18: Emotional Softening Let one emotion soften by half. You’re not erasing it, just loosening the grip. Breathe into the space it leaves behind.
Card 19: Visual Imagination Picture a calm place you’ve been. Let your breath match the pace of that place. Stay there for three slow breaths.
Card 20: Physical Anchoring Touch something solid. A table, your knees, the floor. Feel its texture and weight. Let it remind you where you are.
Card 21: Breath Direction Send your breath toward the tightest part of your body. Don’t force it, guide it gently. Stay there until something shifts.
Card 22: Emotional Distance Step back from one strong feeling. Watch it from a few feet away in your mind. Let it move without pulling you in.
Card 23: Self-Compassion Cue Say one kind sentence to yourself. Keep it short and real. Let it land without needing to believe it fully.
Card 24: Present Moment Anchor Name three things you can see. Name two things you can feel. Name one thing you can hear.
Card 25: Enoughness Let this moment be enough. No fixing, no striving. Just sit with what is.

25 Additional Meditation Cards
Card 26: Breath and Gravity Feel your breath drop into your belly. Let gravity pull you gently downward. Stay with that heaviness for three slow breaths.
Card 27: Texture Awareness Touch something nearby with your fingertips. Notice its texture without naming it. Let your breath match its rhythm.
Card 28: Eye Softening Let your eyes soften in their sockets. Don’t focus, just let them rest. Feel how that changes your face.
Card 29: Micro-Movement Move one finger slowly, then stop. Notice the impulse to keep moving. Let stillness return.
Card 30: Breath Counting Count five breaths without changing them. Let each one be exactly as it is. Start over if your mind wanders.
Card 31: Shoulder Awareness Lift your shoulders slightly, then drop them. Feel the release. Let your breath follow the downward motion.
Card 32: Ground Contact Press your palms against your thighs. Feel the warmth and pressure. Let that contact anchor you.
Card 33: Light and Shadow Notice where the light falls around you. Then notice the shadows. Let both be part of your awareness.
Card 34: Stillness in Motion Watch something moving. Leaves, breath, a flicker. Find the stillness inside that motion. Stay with it for a few seconds.
Card 35: Neck Release Let your neck lengthen and soften. Feel the weight of your head. Let it rest without effort.
Card 36: One Word Focus Choose one word that feels steady. Repeat it silently with each breath. Let it fade when it’s ready.
Card 37: Emotional Naming Name one emotion you feel right now. Say it quietly in your mind. Let it sit beside you without needing to change.

Card 38: Breath and Space Let your breath expand into the space around you. Feel it reach beyond your skin. Stay with that spaciousness.
Card 39: Hand Awareness Place one hand on your chest. Feel the rise and fall with each breath. Let your hand stay there until it feels warm.
Card 40: Visual Still Point Find one unmoving point in your view. Let your eyes rest there. Let your breath match its stillness.
Card 41: Thought Distance Watch one thought float by like a balloon. Don’t grab it, let it drift. Stay with the space it leaves behind.
Card 42: Breath and Edges Feel the edges of your body with each breath. Notice where you end and the air begins. Let that boundary soften.
Card 43: Quiet Noticing Sit quietly and notice what’s most obvious. Then notice what’s most subtle. Let both be part of your attention.
Card 44: Emotional Echo Think of a recent feeling. Notice where it still lives in your body. Let your breath move through that place.
Card 45: Stillness Check Ask yourself what stillness feels like today. Don’t answer, feel. Let that question stay open.
Card 46: Breath and Color Picture a color that feels calm. Let your breath take on that color. Stay with it until it fades.
Card 47: Body Boundary Feel the outline of your body from head to toe. Notice where it feels clear and where it blurs. Let both be okay.
Card 48: Inner Quiet Close your eyes and listen for quiet inside. Don’t force it, wait. Let it come and go like breath.
Card 49: One-Sided Awareness Focus on just one side of your body. Feel its weight, warmth, and breath. Then shift to the other side.
